Evolutionary Readings utilize your birth chart to help you understand your self and life in much greater depth.

Human Design is "The Science of Differentiation". It is a system of knowing yourself deeply. It is a synthesis of the Astrology System, Kabballah, Chakra System, and IChing and incorporates principles of Quantum Physis and Epigenetics. More than a sum of its parts, the Human Design system is revolutionary information for understanding how to make decisions as your TRUE SELF using your Strategy and Authority.

In these readings we go over your Auric Type, Strategy and Authority, Signature Theme, 9 Energy Centers, How to Recognize Conditioning Patterns, How to Make Decisions from Your True Self rather than from conditioning, your proper environment type, your proper method of assimilating information as well as food, and key gates that make up your Energetic Signature.

Evolutionary Astrology is a system of Astrological Analysis and Counseling that goes much deeper than the surface. Not only do we look at the birth chart in its totality and each planetary placement's significance, but we also look at the "chart behind the chart". I do this through analysis of the Nodes of the Moon & their aspects as well as through the Pluto placement. The Moon's nodes show what energy you are oversaturated in & which direction you need to go to grow in this lifetime. The Pluto placement shows the Soul's deepest urge for incarnating, essence, and Shadow Work at a fundamental level.

These readings are a mix of clear analysis, deep psychotherapy, and spiritual guidance.

The Gene Key System was derived from the 64 gates of the Human Design System (which was derived from the IChing). Gene Keys came forth through Richard Rudd, a close friend of Ra Uru Hu, who brought forth the Human Design System.

Each Gene Key has a Shadow, Gift, and Siddhi. Which layer predominantly manifests depends on the frequency you are vibrating at. It is a very useful tool to move shadowy, dense patterns into their higher nature through contemplation of the Gift.

There are three major Gene Keys Sequences. The Activation Sequence comprises 70% of your Energy Signature. It goes through your Life's Work, Evolution, Radiance, and Purpose through the pathways of Challenge, Breakthrough, and Core Stability.

The Venus Sequence focuses on the path of the Heart. It details deep wounding and how to overcome these patterns to rise into life with a perpetually open Heart. It is a very right-brain, feminine contemplation. The Venus Sequence shows your unique map of moving through Suffering into Grace.

The Pearl Sequence is more left-brain. It has to do with our path of true PROSPERITY. Prosperity is not the same as wealth - it is so much more. It is about true fulfillment, which means Service to the Whole of Life in the way you are uniquely coded to make your impact most effectively & efficiently. We will go over your Vocation (heart's deepest wound which becomes the Medicine to offer to the world). Through the path of Initiative, we come to the Sphere of Culture (the role you play within your community and how you will be supported). Through the pathway of Growth, we arrive at the Sphere of the Brand. Your Brand shows you how to best get your message out into the world. The Pearl is the final sphere in all 3 sequences. It is your Soul's deepest essence and unfurls when you are truly living as your authentic Self, allowing life to flow through you without tightness and constriction. It is incredibly fulfilling to reach this place within - to birth your truest Self into the world - in service of the Whole.

Each Gene Key is a world of wisdom on its own. The sequences are extremely profound journeys that allow you to follow the wisdom of your Soul without confusion and interference. Life is so much more fulfilling & simpler with these roadmaps.

Lauren studied Ayurveda, Yoga, and Vedic Astrology for 6 years, including 6 months intensively in India. She is passionate about using these tools to help you step into your most radiant, healthy, aligned expression in the world.

Ayur means Life and Veda means Science. Ayurveda, the Science of Life, is often called the sister science of Yoga. It is a holistic system of wellness and medicine dating back over 5,000 years in Ancient India. Ayurveda helps us to maintain the balance within the body amidst personal, daily and seasonal changes. Health is not the absence of sickness, but instead radiant vitality or high frequencies of Prana (life force) in the body, emotions, mind, and spirit.

In Ayurveda, the 5 Elements comprise 3 Doshas: Vatta, Pitta, and Kapha. Each person has all three doshas within, but tends to have a dominant doshic type. Vatta (air and ether) dominant people tend to be airy, have lots of ideas, be sensitive to touch and change, can have irregular digestion and patterns, may be skinnier with dry skin and hair. Pitta (fire and water) dominant people tend to be fiery and passionate, sharp, structured, transformative executors. They tend to have good digestion, be prone to irritability, be of strong build, and tend toward a reddish hue in the skin. Kapha (water and earth) dominant people tend to be slower and steadier than the other two types, have good memories, have more patience and the ability to sit with big emotions. They tend to have heavier builds, have strong nails, hair, and connective tissues, and have glowing soft skin. Not only do the doshas exist in people, but also in Nature and Food.

In these sessions, We will explore your Prakriti (Nature) and Vrakriti (Imbalances) through Ayurvedic Analysis. Then, we will go over health, lifestyle, and dietary advice to balance out your doshas to achieve greater health.

In addition, Lauren will use Kriya Yoga (Energetic practices), Pranayama (Breathwork), and Hatha Yoga (including poses/asanas) tools to give you a daily practice suited specifically to your needs. Yoga goes hand in hand with Ayurveda and works on subtle channels, nadis, in the body to restore the balance of life force (prana). The state of our health always comes back to the state of Prana flowing through our system.

This analysis and recommended diet and lifestyle practices will be of lifelong service to you. It will help you to understand your unique doshic balance and to have tools to rectify imbalance that leads to health issues, disease, or unhappiness.

Ka means the breath of life and Huna is the esoteric spiritual wisdom of Ancient Hawaii (originating from Lemuria). Kahuna Massage is a Sacred Hawaiian Healing Art that fosters healing on the physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. Kahuna is deeply relaxing and resembles the rhythm of the ocean. Long flowing strokes of the forearms and hands are used over the whole body, draining the lymphatic system, unwinding the fascia, clearing the meridians, and releasing stored emotions and tight muscles with deep tissue work. Lauren also specializes on Trauma Release work through this modality.

Lauren is trained in Kahuna Massage and Heartworks Lomi Lomi from High Spirits Institute in Australia.

She complements Kahuna Sessions with Energetic Healing, Sound Healing using tuning forks and shamanic instruments, Crystal Healing for subtle body clearing, Somatic Trauma Therapy, and more healing modalities from her studies throughout India and Peru.

The birth chart is like a map of your Soul's karma, trajectory, growth potential. Through deep understanding, many wounds can be processed. We can see the higher Truth and bigger picture of why these complexes exist, why our family dynamic was the way it was, why certain patterns exist in our relationships or career, why we behave or feel certain ways, and so forth. Through making the unconscious conscious, we begin to heal and re-integrate aspects of ourselves that have been shamed, neglected, repressed. This integration allows the density and pain to be processed and released, leaving room for more Light, conscious awareness, and Elevation.
